This is your fire

It feels every hour you sit

Flamie reads your day from Apple Health. Sit for a long stretch and it dims. Get up, walk, sleep well, and it roars back. Tap a stage to see it.

How you feed it

Every bit of movement counts

No logging, no honor system. Flamie only counts what Apple Health already knows, and every point shows up in a log with a reason.

🚶

Walk a little, often

Steps add up toward a goal that follows your own recent days, so it never asks for a jump. A two-minute walk after a long sit brings the fire back.

Work out

Any workout your iPhone or Apple Watch records is a big log on the fire. Exercise minutes stack on top.

Sleep on time

A good night heals the fire while you sleep. A short one leaves Flamie groggy until noon. Your sleep hours never count as sitting.

Your apps open when your fire says so

Pick the apps that eat your day. They stay locked until your fire earns the minutes. The urge to scroll becomes a cue to walk.

  • Every point your fire gains earns 3 minutes, up to 3 hours a day.
  • Spend minutes 15 at a time. The lock comes back on its own.
  • Uses Apple's Screen Time framework. Flamie never sees which apps you picked or what you do in them.
  • Turn it off any time in the app or in iPhone Settings.

Questions

Good questions

What is Flamie?

A little flame character that lives on your iPhone and your Lock Screen. It burns brighter when you walk, work out and sleep well, and settles to embers when you sit for long stretches. It's a nudge to get up a little, often, not a training plan.

How much does it cost?

Flamie is free to download and the fire works fully for free. Flamie Pro adds the wardrobe, the screen time lock and the long view of your history. Pro is $5.99 a month, $29.99 a year with a 7-day free trial, or $69.99 once for lifetime access. Prices are in US dollars and may vary by country.

Does it need an Apple Watch?

No. Your iPhone counts steps on its own. An Apple Watch adds workouts, exercise minutes and stand hours, and any other app that writes to Apple Health counts too.

Can Flamie see my health data or what I do on my phone?

Flamie reads the Health categories you allow (steps, workouts, sleep, exercise minutes, stand hours) on your phone only. None of it is uploaded. The screen time lock uses Apple's Screen Time framework, which hides app names and usage from Flamie entirely.

Will one lazy day ruin my fire?

No. How much the fire can dim in a day is capped, and a short walk always brings it back. A sick day holds the fire where it is, and chill mode softens it for easier weeks. You can't buy your way back, and you never need to.

Is there an Android version?

Not right now. Flamie is built on Apple Health and is iPhone only.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are handled by Apple. Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Flamie. Full steps are on the support page.
