It helps to include your iPhone model and iOS version. A screenshot is worth a thousand words.
Manage or cancel your subscription
Flamie Pro is billed by Apple, so it's managed from your iPhone, not from inside Flamie or this website.
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
- Tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions.
- Tap Flamie, then choose a different plan or tap Cancel Subscription.
Or open your App Store subscriptions directly on your iPhone. Cancel at least 24 hours before a trial or billing period ends to avoid being charged for the next one. You keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for.
Refunds are handled by Apple. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Restore purchases
New phone or reinstalled the app? Open Flamie, go to the Settings tab and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple Account you bought Pro with. Your fire's history lives on the old phone and isn't transferred, by design (it never leaves your device).
Frequently asked questions
My fire shows no steps, or it's stuck.
Usually Apple Health access is off or still syncing. Check the Health app > Sharing > Apps > Flamie and turn on every category. Apple doesn't tell apps when access is denied, so Flamie can't warn you directly; the "Health shows no steps?" button in Flamie's Settings tab walks you through it.
Apple Watch data can take a little while to reach your iPhone. When Flamie says "waiting for Health to sync", it's being honest rather than guessing.
Why did my fire dim when I was moving?
The fire dims for each full hour with very little movement. Some activities (cycling, rowing, pushing a stroller) record few steps unless they're logged as a workout. Start a workout on your Apple Watch or in your favorite fitness app and it counts. Every change shows up in today's log with a reason.
Does sleeping count as sitting?
No. Your sleep window is exempt, and a good night of sleep heals the fire. Set your sleep window in Flamie's Settings tab.
I'm sick, injured or on a break.
Use a sick day in Flamie's Settings tab: it holds the fire where it is and keeps your streak (you get a few each month). For an easier stretch, chill mode halves how fast the fire dims and adds extra grace time.
How does the screen time lock work?
It's part of Flamie Pro. You pick apps to lock using Apple's own picker. Every point your fire gains earns 3 minutes of unlocked time (up to 3 hours a day), spent 15 minutes at a time. When the time is up, the lock comes back on its own. Flamie never sees which apps you picked.
A locked app won't unlock, or the lock won't turn off.
Open Flamie and check the Lock tab. To turn the lock off completely, switch it off there, or go to iPhone Settings > Screen Time > Apps with Screen Time Access and turn Flamie off. If something still looks wrong, restart your iPhone and email us.
How much does Flamie Pro cost?
$5.99 a month, $29.99 a year with a 7-day free trial, or $69.99 once for lifetime access (US prices; they vary by country). The fire itself, widgets and notifications are free.
What devices does Flamie support?
iPhone with iOS 18 or later. Apple Watch is optional and adds workouts, exercise minutes and stand hours through Apple Health. There's no Android or iPad version.
Can I use Flamie on two iPhones?
Your Pro purchase works on any iPhone signed in to the same Apple Account. Each phone keeps its own fire, because Flamie's data never leaves the device.
How do I delete my data?
Delete the app. Everything Flamie stored is on your phone and goes with it; we hold no account or copy of your Health data. Anonymous usage events aren't tied to you, and you can stop them in Settings > Privacy. See the privacy policy.
